ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management

You will work through online course materials and have the opportunity to take part in live webinars on key leadership topics.

You will have the opportunity to choose from a selection of units to suit your job role, individual needs, and future aspirations. Examples include:

• Planning and allocating work
• Understanding leadership
• Understanding conflict management in the workplace
• Understanding stress management in the workplace
• Understanding discipline in the workplace
• Understanding recruitment and selection of new staff in the workplace

• Understanding how to motivate to improve performance
• Leading and motivating a team effectively
• Understanding how to lead effective meetings

You will complete written assignments, questions and reflective reviews.

Our online, distance learning courses can be started at any time. You will work through your online course materials at a time that is convenient to you and be supported by a personal tutor.

There are no formal academic entry requirements.

Awarding Body Fees - £142

All students or employers are required to pay the awarding body fees in addition to the course fees. Please note that these are recharged at cost and may be subject to change.

CAW Loans2Learn
Course fees must be paid in full before the course begins. If you are unable to do so, we offer a personal loan scheme (Loans2Learn) that can help you to spread the cost into manageable monthly payments over a period of up to five years, subject to eligibility. It can be used to fully, or partially, cover your course fee (but does not cover any awarding body fees, such as enrolment and examination fees which are payable on top). Example repayment - a Loans2Learn loan for the full course fee of £2,250 over 24 months would equate to monthly repayments of approximately £102 per month (please note this is an indicative price based on current fees and interest rates).

If you have not achieved your qualification by the planned end date detailed in your individual learning plan, continued support and course access is available by paying monthly direct debit payments, or applying for a supplementary or increased loan, until certification is achieved.

The ILM Level 3 qualification will be a professional addition to your CV and stand you in good stead when applying for managerial or supervisory positions. Depending on your management experience, upon completion you could become an Associate Member (AIoL) or Member (MIoL) of the Institute of Leadership.

No, there is no requirement for you to be employed. In fact some students choose to undertake this qualification in order to enhance their CV when applying for future jobs.

No, as a private further education provider fees are applicable to all students. We do have a Loans2Learn scheme that can help you to spread the costs of study into manageable monthly payments.
