Are you looking to get back into work?
If you’ve had a period of time off work for any reason you will know how daunting it can be getting back into employment. There are many things to consider; one of the most important is to think about what you really want from your future, and then come up with a action plan to make it a reality.
Many of our AAT Accounting and Bookkeeping students are retraining, either to get back into work or change career.
If you like numbers, a career in accounting can give you a financially secure and rewarding future. And, what’s more, you can train part time at college for just a few hours a week… It really is that possible!
Increased job opportunities!
AAT Accounting and Bookkeeping qualifications are sought after by employers across all industries. So, completing your AAT qualification could open up many employment opportunities for you! You could get the chance to progress into a more senior accounting/bookkeeping role, or find your first job in finance!
Experience the benefits of self-employment!
Do you think freelancing would suit your lifestyle better than employment? Once you have completed the AAT qualification and become an AAT full member you could apply to be a Member in Practice (MIP) and become self-employed offering accountancy, taxation or related consultancy service to the public in the UK or Channel Islands.
Fit your studies around your busy schedule!
Worried about making the time to fit your studies in around your existing commitments? Our flexible study options make it easier to do so. Most courses have the option for you to attend college for either one morning a week (9:15-1pm), or one evening a week (5:30pm-8:30pm), which ever suits you best.
Worried about the cost? Don’t be!
On top of our flexible study options, getting AAT qualified has just got even more achievable with our monthly payment schemes! Meaning that you can break down the cost of your course into more manageable, monthly payments. And that’s not all, if you’re 19 or over, living in England and choose to study a Level 3 or 4 AAT Accounting qualification, you could be eligible for an Advanced Learner Loan which would help you out with the cost of your course!
