CAW Business School will be hosting their first Business Builder conference in Godmanchester on Saturday 4th June, 2016. This one day conference will provide you with the knowledge and support to progress forward with your business aspirations.
A selection of hand-picked speakers will present and discuss key topics throughout the day to allow you a greater understanding of building your business and pinpoint crucial areas which need time and attention. Registration and open networking will commence from 9.15am with the first talk of the day proceeding at 10am.
The first session will be kicked off by the creative Jon Torrens who’ll provide you with the networking necessities to develop your current business relationships and build on your thriving business contacts.
Following a short break, Ace Tech Training will deliver a talk to ensure you know how to engage with, and make the most of your most important assets – your current employees.
The day continues with Warman Business Consultants covering both the advantages and disadvantages of debt.
After lunch, learn how to combat the perceived current skills shortage. Warren Kemp discusses developing an effective recruitment strategy so you attract candidates and react quickly once you’ve found the perfect match. Following this, Karen James of Lilac James Co. will identify the importance of a digital strategy and give you some top tips on how to implement this to move your business forward.
Following a refreshing coffee break and a further opportunity to network, Ann Hawkins is on hand to discuss whether identifying a new target segment is the right way forward for your business to grow and the importance of considering an additional revenue stream.
From listening to sector specific experiences, learning from a wealth of industry knowledge and getting your questions answered you’ll be ready to make your next move in the right direction.
