Salary: £10.50 – £12 an hour

Duties:

  • Document and file management
  • General office administration, handling incoming calls and inbox management
  • Administer and maintain office supplies
  • Client onboarding
  • Diary management
  • Client communication
  • Software and database maintenance

Desired experience/qualifications/qualities:

  • Customer service focused
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • The ability to work in a busy office environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Logical thinker
