CAW Business School offer both the level 3 and 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management on a blended learning basis; consisting of online learning and two study weekends at college. These professional qualifications are suitable for those who are already working in a leadership or managerial role or those aspiring to work in such a role in the future.
Achievement of an ILM qualification should provide increased confidence in the ability to motivate and lead a team through effective team leading, setting team objectives and the planning and allocating of work. It will provide an understanding on how to manage stress, conflict and discipline in the workplace as well as looking at the recruitment and selections of new staff.
As a professionally recognised qualification, successful candidates will be able to apply for professional membership of the ILM, and thereby be permitted to use the Institute’s internationally recognised post nominal in recognition of the professional status they have achieved.
