By investing in the practical training of your finance team, you can provide them with the skills and knowledge to run efficient processes that support your business growth.
Accounting qualifications via the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) is not just for new employees; many of our students are already employed in a finance role and are looking to upskill, gain confidence and learn new skills that they can apply in their daily jobs.
Investing in training your current staff can help avoid extra costs of outsourcing or recruiting skilled labour.
Build a loyal workforce
As well as filling any skill gaps, investing in the personal development of your team is far more likely to produce loyal employees and reduce staff turnover; a significant drain on time and money.
Apprenticeships are not just for new members of staff, it is likely that your current staff are eligible to train via an apprenticeship route. Gaining AAT qualifications as part of an apprenticeship can be a cost effective way to train.
